Focus On Properties By KMG was founded in 2025 with one powerful belief: everyone deserves a place to call home. We (Focus On Properties By KMG) are supporting individuals and families throughout all New Jersey who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our background include working with the State of New Jersey, other agencies and support groups to find a place for our homeless or at risk for homelessness population will call a home. Our goal is to fully support individuals to reach their full potential for permanent housing or residency.
Our Mission
At Focus On Properties By KMG, our mission is to empower individuals and families experiencing homelessness in New Jersey to achieve stable, long-term housing. In partnership with the Office of Homeless Prevention and supported by Medicaid, we provide comprehensive support services — from Medicaid enrollment and job placement assistance to pre-tenancy and tenancy stabilization. We are committed to helping every client transition into a forever home with dignity, purpose, and the resources needed to thrive.

We envision a New Jersey where every individual facing homelessness has a clear path to permanent housing, meaningful employment, and a stable, supported life. Who We Serve
We work with individuals and families across New Jersey who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their housing. This includes:
- Medicaid-eligible individuals in need of housing and health services
- People sleeping in vehicles, outdoors, or in emergency shelters
- Survivors of domestic violence seeking safe housing
- Those staying in hotels paid by government or charitable organizations
- Individuals doubling up with friends or family without a permanent place of their own

We believe that every person’s journey is unique, and our support is built around real relationships, consistent follow-up, and whole-person solutions.
- Person-Centered Support: Focuses on each individual’s specific goals, strengths, and needs to create a customized path toward stable housing and independence.
- Hands-On Case Management: Provides step-by-step guidance through housing applications, benefit enrollment, and personal development with a dedicated case manager.
- Trauma-Informed Care: Ensures all services are delivered with sensitivity to past experiences, promoting safety, respect, and emotional healing.
